Flow Cytometry: CD52 Antibody (YTH 34.5-G2b (Campath-1G)) [NBP2-52704] - Flow-cytometry using the anti-CD52 research biosimilar antibody Campath-1G (YTH 34.5-G2b) Human lymphocytes were stained with an isotype control (panel A) or the rabbit-chimeric version of Campath-1G/ YTH 34.5-G2b (panel B) at a concentration of 0.25 ug/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a AF488 conjugated donkey anti-rabbit antibody and cells analysed on a FACSCanto flow-cytometer.
