CD70 also known as CD70 antigen is cytokine that binds to CD27. This pretein plays a role in T-cell activation and induces the proliferation of costimulated T-cells and enhances the generation of cytolytic T-cells. Recombinant human CD70, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli
