Description :
TRDMT1 (tRNA aspartic acid methyltransferase 1), also known as DNMT2, specifically methylates cytosine 38 in the anticodon loop of tRNA (Asp). Recombinant human TRDMT1 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography.
