HSPBAP1, also known as HSPB1 associated protein 1, contains a jumonji C (JMJC) domain. This protein plays a role in regulating stress response in the living cell. HSPBAP1 Interacts with CRYAB and HSPB1. Recombinant human HSPBAP1 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography.
