Description :
WiDr cells are established from a 78 year old female with colon adenocarcinoma. The cells are negative for colon antigen 3 expression and positive for keratin by immunoperoxidase staining. WiDr cells expressed p53 antigen. Growth of WiDR cells is inhibited by tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-alpha). Inhibitors of dihydrofolate reductase are highly cytotoxic to WiDR cells.

Liquid in. SDS-PAGE Sample Buffer (0.12M Tris-HCl buffer pH6.8, 0.4% SDS, 5% glycerol, 1% beta-mercaptoethanol, 0.02% Bromophenol blue)
Storage :
Aliquot the lysate into single tube and then storing them -80C or below. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.
