Members of the Interferon regulatory factor (IRF) family regulate gene expression critical to immune response,hemopoiesis, and proliferation. IRF-3 is a member of the IRF family, and is distinct from other familymembers. Its transcriptional activity is regulated solely by posttranslational modifications. It plays a crucialrole in activation of innate immunity and inflammation in response to viral infection.

ICC/IF analysis of IRF3 in HeLa cells. The cell was stained with ATGA0560 (1:100). The secondary antibody (green) was used Alexa Fluor 488. DAPI was stained the cell nucleus (blue).

The cell lysates (40ug) were resolved by SDS-PAGE, transferred to PVDF membrane and probed with anti-human IRF3 antibody (1:1000).
