Description :
MRPS25 is a 28S subunit protein that belongs to the ribosomal protein S5P family. Mammalian mitochondrial ribosomal proteins are encoded by nuclear genes and help in protein synthesis within the mitochondrion. Mitochondrial ribosomes (mitoribosomes) consist of a small 28S subunit and a large 39S subunit. A pseudogene corresponding to this gene is found on chromosome 4

The cell lysates of HepG2 (40ug) were resolved by SDS-PAGE, transferred to PVDF membrane and probed with anti-human MRPS25 antibody (1:500 ~ 1:1000). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.

The antibody has been tested by ELISA, Western blot analysis to assure specificity and reactivity.
