other info1 :
Samples: Serum, Plasma, Tissue Homogenate, Feces and Urine. Assay Type: Sandwich. Detection Range: 3.12 ng/ml - 100 ng/ml. Sensitivity: 1.0 ng/ml.
other info2 :
Intended Uses: This Quantitative Sandwich ELISA kit is only for in vitro research use only, not for drug, household, therapeutic or diagnostic applications! It is intended to be determinated WARS concentrations in Mouse serum, plasma and other body fluids. Using Purified Mouse WARS antibody to coat Microelisa Stripplate wells to make solid-phase antibody, then add WARS and WARS antibody which has been labeled with HRP to wells, then the reactants become antibody-antigen-antibody-enzyme complex, after washing completely, add TMB substrate solution, TMB substrate becomes blue color under HRP enzyme-catalyzed, reaction is terminated by the addition of a sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm. The concentration of WARS in the samples is then determined by comparing the O.D. of the samples to the standard curve. Intra-assay Precision: Intra-assay CV (%) is less than 15%. Inter-assay Precision: Inter-assay CV (%) is less than 15%. [CV(%) = SD/mean ×100]

uniprot summary :
WARS: Isoform 1, isoform 2 and T1-TrpRS have aminoacylation activity while T2-TrpRS lacks it. Isoform 2, T1-TrpRS and T2-TrpRS possess angiostatic activity whereas isoform 1 lacks it. T2-TrpRS inhibits fluid shear stress-activated responses of endothelial cells. Regulates ERK, Akt, and eNOS activation pathways that are associated with angiogenesis, cytoskeletal reorganization and shear stress-responsive gene expression. Belongs to the class-I aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase family. 2 isoforms of the human protein are produced by alternative splicing. Protein type: Ligase; Translation; EC 6.1.1.2; Amino Acid Metabolism - tryptophan. Cellular Component: cytoplasm; nucleus. Molecular Function: aminoacyl-tRNA ligase activity; tryptophan-tRNA ligase activity; nucleotide binding; ATP binding; ligase activity. Biological Process: tryptophanyl-tRNA aminoacylation; tRNA aminoacylation for protein translation; translation; angiogenesis; regulation of angiogenesis
