Samples: Serum, Plasma, Tissue Homogenate, Feces and Urine. Assay Type: Sandwich. Detection Range: 31.2 pg/ml - 1000 pg/ml. Sensitivity: 5.0 pg/ml.
other info2 :
Intended Uses: This Quantitative Sandwich ELISA kit is only for in vitro research use only, not for drug, household, therapeutic or diagnostic applications! It is intended to be determinated DNM3 concentrations in Mouse serum, plasma and other body fluids. Using Purified Mouse DNM3 antibody to coat Microelisa Stripplate wells to make solid-phase antibody, then add DNM3 and DNM3 antibody which has been labeled with HRP to wells, then the reactants become antibody-antigen-antibody-enzyme complex, after washing completely, add TMB substrate solution, TMB substrate becomes blue color under HRP enzyme-catalyzed, reaction is terminated by the addition of a sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm. The concentration of DNM3 in the samples is then determined by comparing the O.D. of the samples to the standard curve. Intra-assay Precision: Intra-assay CV (%) is less than 15%. Inter-assay Precision: Inter-assay CV (%) is less than 15%. [CV(%) = SD/mean ×100]

uniprot summary :
DYN3: a microtubule-associated force-producing protein involved in producing microtubule bundles and able to bind and hydrolyze GTP. Most probably involved in vesicular trafficking processes. Concentrates within dendritic spine tips of the postsynaptic compartment and interacts with mGluR5 and Homer. May play a role in dendritic spine morphogenesis and remodeling. Protein type: Microtubule-binding; EC 3.6.5.5; Mitochondrial; Vesicle; Motor; Hydrolase; Motility/polarity/chemotaxis. Cellular Component: Golgi apparatus; microtubule; cytoskeleton; photoreceptor inner segment; mitochondrion; axon; perinuclear region of cytoplasm; postsynaptic density; cytoplasm; dendritic spine; synapse. Molecular Function: GTPase activity; protein binding; GTP binding; type 1 metabotropic glutamate receptor binding; hydrolase activity; type 5 metabotropic glutamate receptor binding; nucleotide binding; nitric-oxide synthase binding. Biological Process: positive regulation of filopodium formation; synaptogenesis; filopodium formation; metabolic process; endocytosis
