products type :
ELISA Kit
products full name :
Human ATP synthase lipid binding protein, mitochondrial (ATP5G3) ELISA Kit
products short name :
ATP synthase lipid binding protein, mitochondrial (ATP5G3)
specificity :
This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of ATP5G3. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between ATP5G3 and analogues was observed. NOTE: Limited by current skills and knowledge, it is impossible for us to complete the cross-reactivity detection between ATP5G3 and all the analogues, therefore, cross reaction may still exist in some cases.
storage stability :
Store all reagents at 2-8 degree C.
other info1 :
Samples: Serum, plasma, Cell Culture Supernatants, body fluid and tissue homogenate. Assay Type: Competitive. Sensitivity: 0.1 ng/mL.
other info2 :
Intended Uses: This ATP5G3 ELISA kit is a 1.5 hour solid-phase ELISA designed for the quantitative determination of Human ATP5G3. This ELISA kit for research use only, not for therapeutic or diagnostic applications!
products description :
Principle of the assay: ATP5G3 ELISA kit applies the competitive enzyme immunoassay technique utilizing a monoclonal anti-ATP5G3 antibody and an ATP5G3-HRP conjugate. The assay sample and buffer are incubated together with ATP5G3-HRP conjugate in pre-coated plate for one hour. After the incubation period, the wells are decanted and washed five times. The wells are then incubated with a substrate for HRP enzyme. The product of the enzyme-substrate reaction forms a blue colored complex. Finally, a stop solution is added to stop the reaction, which will then turn the solution yellow. The intensity of color is measured spectrophotometrically at 450nm in a microplate reader. The intensity of the color is inversely proportional to the ATP5G3 concentration since ATP5G3 from samples and ATP5G3-HRP conjugate compete for the anti-ATP5G3 antibody binding site. Since the number of sites is limited, as more sites are occupied by ATP5G3 from the sample, fewer sites are left to bind ATP5G3-HRP conjugate. A standard curve is plotted relating the intensity of the color (O.D.) to the concentration of standards. The ATP5G3 concentration in each sample is interpolated from this standard curve.
