specificity :
This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of human ENO1 antibody (IgG). No significant cross-reactivity or interference between human ENO1 antibody (IgG) and analogues was observed.
storage stability :
Unopened test kits should be stored at 2 to 8 degree C upon receipt. Please refer to pdf manual for further storage instructions.
other info1 :
Samples: Serum
other info2 :
Intra-assay Precision: Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): CV%<15%. Three samples of known concentration were tested twenty times on one plate to assess. Inter-assay Precision: Inter-assay Precision (Precision between assays): CV%<15%. Three samples of known concentration were tested in twenty assays to assess.
products description :
Principle of the assay: This assay employs the qualitative enzyme immunoassay technique. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with antigen. Samples are pipetted into the wells with anti-human IgG conjugated Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP). Any antibodies specific for the antigen present will bind to the pre-coated antigen. Following a wash to remove any unbound reagent, a substrate solution is added to the wells and color develops in proportion to the amount of human ENO1 antibody (IgG) bound in the initial step. The color development is stopped and the intensity of the color is measured.

uniprot summary :
Function: Multifunctional enzyme that, as well as its role in glycolysis, plays a part in various processes such as growth control, hypoxia tolerance and allergic responses. May also function in the intravascular and pericellular fibrinolytic system due to its ability to serve as a receptor and activator of plasminogen on the cell surface of several cell-types such as leukocytes and neurons. Stimulates immunoglobulin production.UniRule annotationHAMAP-Rule:MF_00318. Catalytic activity: 2-phospho-D-glycerate = phosphoenolpyruvate + H2O.UniRule annotationHAMAP-Rule:MF_00318. Cofactor: Magnesium. Binds two Mg2+ per subunit. Required for catalysis and for stabilizing the dimer.
