ELISA Kit
products full name :
Human Immunoglobulin G, IgG ELISA Kit
products short name :
Immunoglobulin G (IgG)
products name syn :
Human Immunoglobulin G (IgG) ELISA Kit; Human Immunoglobulin G (IgG)
specificity :
This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of human IgG. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between human IgG and analogues was observed.
storage stability :
Unopened test kits should be stored at 2 to 8 degree C upon receipt. Please refer to pdf manual for further storage instructions.
other info1 :
Samples: Serum, plasma, cell culture supernates, urine, tissue homogenates, Cell lysates. Assay Type: Competitive. Detection Range: 0. 59 mug/ml -150 mug/ml. Sensitivity: The minimum detectable dose of human IgG is typically less than 0.487 mug/ml. The sensitivity of this assay, or Lower Limit of Detection (LLD) was defined as the lowest human IgG concentration that could be differentiated from zero. It was determined the mean O.D value of 20 replicates of the zero standard added by their three standard deviations.
other info2 :
Intra-assay Precision: Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): CV%<8%. Three samples of known concentration were tested twenty times on one plate to assess. Inter-assay Precision: Inter-assay Precision (Precision between assays): CV%<10%. Three samples of known concentration were tested in twenty assays to assess.
products description :
Principle of the assay: This assay employs the competitive inhibition enzyme immunoassay technique. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with human IgG. Standards and samples are pipetted into the wells with a Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugated antibody specific for human IgG. Following a wash to remove any unbound reagent, a substrate solution is added to the wells and color develops in opposite to the amount of human IgG in samples. The color development is stopped and the intensity of the color is measured.
