Unopened test kits should be stored at 2 to 8 degree C upon receipt. Please refer to pdf manual for further storage instructions.
other info1 :
Samples: Serum, plasma, cell culture supernates, tissue homogenates. Assay Type: Sandwich. Detection Range: 0.3 uIU/ml -12 uIU/ml. Sensitivity: 0.15 uIU/ml.
other info2 :
Intra-assay Precision: Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): CV%<15%. Three samples of known concentration were tested twenty times on one plate to assess. Inter-assay Precision: Inter-assay Precision (Precision between assays): CV%<15%. Three samples of known concentration were tested in twenty assays to assess.
products description :
Principle of the Assay This assay employs the quantitative sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique. Antibody specific for TSH has been pre-coated onto a microplate. Standards and samples are pipetted into the wells with a Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugated antibody specific for TSH. Following a wash to remove any unbound reagent, a substrate solution is added to the wells and color develops in proportion to the amount of TSH bound in the initial step. The color development is stopped and the intensity of the color is measured.

uniprot summary :
Function: Contributes to the development of lesions and deposition of fibrin in the avian air sacs. It can act both as an adhesin and as a serine protease. Agglutinates erythrocytes while in contact with the extracellular surface of the bacterial cells. Can adhere to purified hemoglobin and bind with great efficiency to extracellular matrix proteins. Cleaves casein and exhibits mucinolytic activity.4 PublicationsManual assertion based on experiment in:Ref.1
