ELISA Kit
products full name :
Mouse anti-double stranded DNA antibody, IgG ELISA Kit
products short name :
anti-double stranded DNA antibody (IgG) ELISA KIT
products name syn :
Mouse anti-double stranded DNA antibody (IgG) ELISA KIT; anti-double stranded DNA antibody (IgG) ELISA KIT
specificity :
This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of mouse anti-double stranded DNA antibody(IgG). No significant cross-reactivity or interference between mouse anti-double stranded DNA antibody(IgG) and analogues was observed.
storage stability :
Unopened test kits should be stored at 2 to 8 degree C upon receipt. Please refer to pdf manual for further storage instructions.
other info1 :
Samples: Serum, plasma. Detection Range: 0.312 ng/ml -20 ng/ml. Sensitivity: The minimum detectable dose of mouse anti-double stranded DNA antibody(IgG) is typically less than 0.078 ng/ml. The sensitivity of this assay, or Lower Limit of Detection (LLD) was defined as the lowest protein concentration that could be differentiated from zero. It was determined the mean O.D value of 20 replicates of the zero standard added by their three standard deviations.
other info2 :
Intra-assay Precision: Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): CV%<8%. Three samples of known concentration were tested twenty times on one plate to assess. Inter-assay: Inter-assay Precision (Precision between assays): CV%<10%. Three samples of known concentration were tested in twenty assays to assess.
products description :
Principle of the assay: The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with anti-mouse IgG antibody. Standards or samples are then added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with biotin-conjugated dsDNA and Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. Then a TMB (3,3',5,5' tetramethyl-benzidine) substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain anti-mouse IgG antibody, biotin-conjugated dsDNA and enzyme-conjugated Avidin will exhibit a change in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of a sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm +/- 2 nm. The concentration of anti-double stranded DNA antibody(IgG) in the samples is then determined by comparing the O.D. of the samples to the standard curve.
