To detect Murine IL-17 by sandwich ELISA (using 100 ul/well) a concentration of 0.25-1.0 ug/ml of this antiboy is required. The biotinylated polyclonal antibody, in conjunction with MyBioSource, Inc.'s Polyclonal Anti- Murine IL-17 (MBS695388) as a capture antibody allows the detection at least 0.2-0.4 ng/well of recombinant Murine IL-17. Western Blot: . To detect Murine IL-17A by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.1 - 0.2 mug/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible development reagents the detection limit for recombinant Murine IL-17A is 1.5 - 3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.
