This conjugate is designed to be used in the detection of biotinylated primary antibodies. The optimal working dilution should be determined by the investigator. Suggested starting dilution(s):. • 1:2,000-1:20,000 for Immunohistochemistry. • 1:1,000-1:50,000 for ELISA/Western Blot. Testing Results: . ELISA: Dilution giving A 450 reading of >= 1.0 when tested against Biotinylated antibody coated at 2ug/ml. Results: 1:359,000
