Reconstitution: Product lot 48-17-102015 is packaged with a 10% overfill, so you should add 11 ml of DI water to keep the concentration of the reconstituted product at 60 mg/ml. Swirl gently and let stand for at least 30 minutes and up to 2 hours at 18-25°C. Centrifuge reconstituted serum to remove any percipitates prior to dilution. Prepare fresh working dilution daily.
