app notes :
Working Dilutions:. Flow Cytometry. FITC and BIOT conjugates: < or = 1ug/10^6 cells. PE conjugate: < or = 0.1ug/10^6 cells. ELISA:. BIOT conjugate: 1:5,000-1:20,000. AP conjugate: 1:2,000-1:4,000. Other Applications: Since application vary, you should determine the optimum working dilution of the product that is appropriate for your specific need.
other info1 :
Source: Pooled antisera from goats hyperimmunized with human myeloma proteins with kappa light chains. Cross Absorption: Pooled human myeloma proteins with lambda light chains and mouse immunoglobulins
other info2 :
Characterization: To ensure lot-to-lot consistency, each batch of product is tested by ELISA, Fluorescent ELISA, and/or flow cytometry for conformance to characteristics of a standard reference reagent. Warning: Reagents contain sodium azide. Sodium azide is very toxic if ingested or inhaled. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. Wear eye or face protection when handling. If skin or eye contact occurs, wash with copious amounts of water. If ingested or inhaled, contact a physician immediately. Sodium azide yeilds toxic hyrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide-containing compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in lead or copper plumbing.
