products type :
Secondary Antibody
products full name :
Mouse Anti-Porcine B Cell Subset-UNLB
products short name :
B Cell Subset
products name syn :
Mouse Anti-Porcine B Cell Subset - Purified, Unlabeled Antibody; Mouse Anti-Pig B Cell Subset
isotype :
Mouse (BALB/c) IgM kappa
specificity :
Indeterminate. MAb BB6-10A10 stains the following percentages of surface immunoglobulin (sIg) positive cells in porcine lymphoid tissues: 11-15% in peripheral blood; 22-23% in mesenteric lymph nodes; 79-87% in ileal Peyer's patches (ILPP); 6-17 in spleen; and 0% in thymus.1 While identification of the antigen(s) that are found predominantly on ILPP B cells and which are recognized by BB6-10A10 is speculative, the antibody appears to react with an immature population of B cells in the follicles of ILPPs and with a subpopulation of sIglow B cells in lymph nodes.
form :
Purified (UNLB) Antibody
storage stability :
The purified (UNLB) antibody is supplied as 0.5 mg of purified immunoglobulin in 1.0 mL of 100 mM borate buffered saline, pH 8.2. No preservatives or amine-containing buffer salts added. Store at 2- 8 degree C. The fluorescein (FITC) conjugate is supplied as 0.5 mg in 1.0 mL of PBS/NaN3. Store at 2-8 degree C. The biotin (BIOT) conjugate is supplied as 0.5 mg in 1.0 mL of PBS/NaN3. Store at 2-8 degree C. The R-phycoerythrin (R-PE) conjugate is supplied as 0.1 mg in 1.0 mL of PBS/NaN3 and a stabilizing agent. Store at 2-8 degree C. Do not freeze! . Protect conjugated forms from light. Reagents are stable for the period shown on the label if stored as directed.
tested application :
Flow Cytometry; Immunohistochemistry (Acetone Fixed/Frozen Sections)
other info2 :
Characterization: To ensure optimal performance, each batch of product is tested by flow cytometry to conform to characteristics of a standard reference reagent.
