catalog number :
MBS670330
products full name :
Mouse Anti-Influenza B NP-UNLB
products short name :
[Influenza B NP]
products name syn :
[Mouse Anti-Influenza B Nucleoprotein]
isotype :
Mouse (BALB/c) IgG 2b k
specificity :
Influenza virus type B nucleoprotein (NP). Influenza virus type B nucleoprotein, also known as NP, is composed of a 560 amino acid sequence and is type-specific in influenza viruses. The NP encapsidates the virus genome to form a ribonucleoprotein (RNP) particle for the purposes of transcription and packaging. The monoclonal antibody, 3D7, has been shown to specifically recognize type B influenza virus NP in virus infected cell culture and patients' samples. This clone can be used as a capture antibody on ELISA.
form :
Purified (UNLB) Antibody
storage stability :
The purified antibody is supplied as 0.5 mg purified immunoglobulin in 0.2 mL of 100 mM borate buffered saline, pH 8.2. No preservatives or amine-containing buffer salts added. Store at 2-8 degree C. Reagents are stable for the period shown on the label if stored as directed.
tested application :
Western Blot, Immunostaining, ELISA
app notes :
ELISA:. Purified (UNLB) antibdoy: < = 5ug/ml. Immunoblotting: . Purified (UNLB) antibdoy: < = ug/ml. Other Applications: Since applications vary, you should determined the optimum working dilution for the product that is appropriate for your specific need.
image1 heading :
Western Blot (WB)
other info1 :
Antigen: Recombinant influenza virus type B nucleoprotein (NP). Characterization: To insure lot to lot consistency, each batch of product is tested by flow cytometry to conform with the characteristics of a standard reference reagent.
