MAb 2/3 can also be used in indirect immunofluorescence.

Clone Note: Hybridoma clone 2/3 has been derived from hybridization of Px myeloma cells with spleen cells of SJL/J mice immunized with purified influenza virus type B strain B/Beijing/184/93. Hybridoma clones IB42, IB633, InB12, InB27, InB36, InB64, InB114, InB204, InB210 and InB213 have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with purified influenza virus type B (strain B/Tokio/53/99 for clone IB42 and strain B/Tokio/53/99 for clone IB633). Hybridoma clones 8-5, 13-9, 14-12, 15-12 have been derived from hybridization of Px myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with purified influenza virus type B strain Hong Kong.
