Recognizes feline serum proteins. In immunoelectrophoresis against pooled serum and enriched serum proteins fractions precipitation can be observed of not less than 16 individual proteins components.

Supplied as a lyophilized powder. Preservative free. Reconstitute with 1ml sterile ddH2O. Dilute further in PBS, pH 7.2.
storage stability :
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 degree C. Stable for 12 months at -20 degree C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
tested application :
ELISA (EL/EIA), Immunoelectropheresis, and Radial Immunodiffusion. Other applications not tested.
app notes :
Dilution: Immunoelectrophoresis: 120ul against 2ul serum or equivalent. Radial Immunodiffusion: Use a rosette arrangement with 10ul in a 3mm diameter center well and 2 ul serum samples (neat and serially diluted) in 2 mm diameter peripheral wells. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
