Stability during Prolonged Incubation: A minimum of 0.3 units of Bpl l is required for complete digestion of 1 ug of DNA in 16 hours at 37°C. Thermal Inactivation: Bpl l is inactivated by incubation at 65°C for 20 mins. Methylation Effect: DAM, DCM, EcoKl, EcoBl: never overlaps no effect. CpG: may overlap- no effect.
