storage stability :
May be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and add glycerol (40-50%). Freeze at -20 degree C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, ELISA, Western Blotting. Other application not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry: 2-10ug/ml. Use bovine endothethial cells treated with Ca+2 ionophore A223187 as a control. Western Blot: 1:500-1:2,000 using nitrosylated-Cysteine-BSA as a control. ELISA: 1:1,000-1:5,000; using 50-100ng control proteins/well. Optimal dilution to be determined by researcher.
