Suitable for use in Western Blot. Dilution: Western Blot: 1:500. detected endogenous Brk in SKBR3 cell lysate. Lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to PVDF, and probed with B2765-01 for 2 hours at room temperature. Proteins were visualized via HRP and chemiluminescent detection. Band observed at ~50kD indicates Rce1. An upper band is thought to be the 73kD ELF-related protein that shares 70% homology with the immunizing peptide.
