image4 description :
Expression of LAG-3 on CD4+ and CD8+ subpopulations of tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs). Method: TILs from a dissociated renal cell carcinoma sample, stained with 5ug/ml MBS609777 and FITC-coupled anti-CD4 or -CD8, are analyzed by a two-color FACS analysis. Additional staining with anti-CD3 allowed a gate analysis of total T cells. Values indicate percentages in each quadrant.

image5 description :
Specific inhibition of staining. Method: MBS609777 (10ug/ml) (is preincubated with a specific peptide epitope (208b) or a control tetanus toxoid (TT) peptide at different molarities prior to staining of TILs. Stainined cells are then analyzed by FACS.

products description :
LAG3 (LAG3, LAG-3, lymphocyte-activation gene 3, CD223, lymphocyte-activation protein 3) Lymphocyte-activation protein 3 belongs to Ig superfamily and contains 4 extracellular Ig-like domains. The LAG3 gene contains 8 exons. The sequence data, exon/intron organization, and chromosomal localization all indicate a close relationship of LAG3 to CD4.
