Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry. Dilution: Western Blot: 0.5-2ug/ml detected LKB1 in RIPA lysates from Rat2 cells. Rat2 cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with L3185-03 (1ug/ml). Proteins were visualized using a IgG (HRP) goat anti-mouse and a chemiluminescence detection system. Immunocytochemistry: 5ug/ml detected LKB1 in transfected Cos-7 cells fixed with 3-7% paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100.
