May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Suitable for use in ELISA (EIA).

ELISA: 1:1500. Unpuried ascites may occasionally have brin present. In order to remove the brin, the ascites can be spun down. This will not affect its performance in ELISA. There is a sensitivity of approximately 200pg/ml when used with the recommended conjugate. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
