Fourth generation hepatitis C virus antigen is a large fusion peptide, it contains core (1-129), NS3( 226aa), NS4 (three eptipes) and NS5 region (three epitopes), respectively. The protein size is about 65 kDa. To develop HCV rapid test product, this antigen is used both for gold conjugation and coating to membrane ,or use protein A to conjugate to coloid gold and coat this antigen to the membrane.HCV antigen plus anti-human IgG for coating The product developed by this antigen have good performance in sensitivity and specifity.
