catalog number :
MBS573066
products full name :
Rabbit anti Bacillus cereus Phospholipase C, conjugated with Biotin
products short name :
Bacillus cereus Phospholipase C
reactivity :
Cross-reactivities against enzymes of other sources may occur but have not been determined.
specificity :
The reagents were evaluated for potency, purity and specificity using most or all of the following techniques: Immunoelectrophoresis, cross-immunoelectrophoresis, single radial immunodiffusion (ouchterlony), block titration, ELISA, Immunoblotting and enzyme inhibition.
purity :
The IgG (7S) fraction is prepared from the antiserum by ammonium sulphate precipitation and ion exchange chromatography
form :
Biotin-coupled hyperimmune rabbit IgG lyophilized from a solution in phosphate buffered saline (PBS, pH 7.2). 1 vial with 1ml immunoconjugate, lyophilized from PBS
storage stability :
The lyophilized conjugate is shipped at ambient temperature and may be stored at 4 degree C; prolonged storage at or below -20 degree C. It is reconstituted by adding 1.0 ml sterile distilled water, spun down to remove insoluble particles, divided into small aliquots, frozen and stored at or below - 20 degree C. Prior to use, an aliquot is thawed slowly at ambient temperature, spun down again and used to prepare working dilutions by adding sterile phosphate buffered saline (PBS, pH 7.2). Repeated thawing and freezing should be avoided. Working dilutions should be stored at 4 degree C, not refrozen, and preferably used the same day. If a slight precipitation occurs upon storage, this should be removed by centrifugation. It will not affect the performance of the product.
tested application :
ELISA (EIA), Immunocytochemistry (IHC), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Dot Blot (DB), Immunoblotting (IB)
app notes :
This product is intended for use in precipitating and non-precipitating antibody-binding assays (such as eg., ELISA and Western Blotting and Immunofluorescence or Histochemical techniques). Direction for use: Working dilution in non-precipitating antibody-binding techniques may vary widely, but may be between 1/1,000 and 1/20,000
other info1 :
Conjugation: Biotin. Preservative: No preservatived added, as it may interfere with the antibody activity. No foreign protein added. Immunogen: Phospholipase C isolated and purified from Bacillus cereus. Freund's complete adjuvant is used in the first step of the immunization procedure. Physicochemical Characteristics: IgG protein concentration 10mg/ml. Biotin/IgG protein molar ration (B/P) approximately 5.4. No foreign proteins added.
other info2 :
Marker: N-Hydroxysuccinimidobiotin. Conjugation: A proprietary techniques for the binding to biotin is used, followed by several purification steps. After each step activity and specificity are tested in a variety of techniques. The conjugate is lyophilized to assur stability and long shelf life.

products description :
Nordenzyme is the name of a group of polyclonal immunologic reagents to enzymes fractions (7S) of the specific antisera and the isolated antibodies (PAb) to the enzymes. Products against some 180 enzymes are available either as 7S or PAb or in both forms. The 7S fractions are also available in biotinylated form. The Nordenzyme products have been obtained by immunization with highly purified enzymes.
