Procedure: Recombinant PLBL-2 (UniProt #G3I6T1) with 6xHIS tag was expressed in and purified from CHO-3E7 cells. PLB2 is a synthesized as ~66kDa prepoenzyme. Due to the processing mechanism of PLBL2 by this cell line, PLBL2 is mainly detected at estimated molecular weights of 66kDa,42 kDa and 30 kDa under reducing conditions. Specifications: The protein is detected by Western Blotting using anti-6His and anti-PLBL2 antibodies. The product concentration is determined using absorbance reading at 280 nm (A 0.1 280 value=2.0) and a Bradford protein assays with a BGG standard curve.
