Procedure: Goat were immunized with highly purified Human IgG h+l. After multiple immunizations,, serum was collected and the anti-Human IgG h+; antibodies were purifed off a Human igG immunoabsorbant. The resulting anti-Human IgG was further absorbed against Bovine, Horse, Mouse, Rabbit and Rat IgG before being conjugated with horseradish Peroxidase (HRP). Specifications: This product reacts with IgG and the Fab and Fc fragments of Human IgG by immunodiffusion, IEP, and ELISA techniques. It also reacts with both Kappa and Lambda light chains. There is no detectable reactivity with purified Bovine, Horse, Mouse,Rabbit or Rat IgG by IEP and ELISA assay,. Optimal working dilutions should be determined for your particular assay conditions.
