Specifications: This product reacts with all subclasses of IgG and with all classes of goat immunoglobulins by immunodiffusion and IEP techniques due to the presence of anti-light chains. There was no detectable reactivity with purified Bovine, Human, Mouse, Rabbit or Rat IgG by IEP and ELISA assay. Optimal working dilutions need to be determined for the particular assay conditions.
