storage stability :
Lyophilized material should be kept at 4 degree C until rehydrated and will remain stable for a minimum of 2 years. Rehydrate by adding 1.0 mL of reagent quality water to the product vial. Store the liquid solution at 4 degree C for up to a week; thereafter, aliquots should be prepared and stored frozen. Stable for a minimum of 1 year at -20 degree C.

Buffer: PBS buffer with non-protein stabilizer. Procedure: This mouse IgG1 kappa is purified using salt fractionation procedures and Protein A chromatography. It is produced from tissue culture media obtained at our facility in The United States.

Specifications: When tested by immunoelectrophoresis as an antigen concentration of 1 mg/ml, the pattern of precipitation against goat anti-mouse whole serum is the same as that againstgoat anti-mouse IgG Fc fragment specific. By indirect ELISA this antibody reacts with Chikungunya E1 glycoprotein. Optimal working dilutions should be determined for the particular assay conditions.
