The anti-sheep whole serum shows multiple precipitin arcs against normal sheep serum and has strong anti-albumin activity. The total protein via refractometry is 46 mg/ml, specific antibody via quantitative precipitin is >2.8 mg/ml.

Preservative: 0.1% sodium azide. Procedure: Rabbits were immunized with sheep serum in Freund's adjuvant. After multiple immunizations, rabbits were bled, serum was then collected and delipidated.
