Preservative: 0.1% sodium azide. Procedure: Goats were immunized with highly purified human Alpha 1-Antichymotrypsin. After multiple immunizations the goats were bled and antiserum was collected. The antiserum was then solid phase absorbed to ensure specificity to human Alpha 1-Antichymotrypsin.
