Biological Activity: The activity was tested by the ability of immobilized recombinant mouse CD200 (1ug/ml, 100ul/well) to bind mouse CD200R1 with a linear range of 1-200 ng/ml. Endotoxin: Endotoxin content was assayed using a LAL gel clot method. Endotoxin level was found to be less than 0.1 ng/ug (1EU/ug).
