Single precipitin are observed during immunoelectrophoresis against anti-Fluorescein, anti-Goat Serum, Mouse IgG F (c), and Mouse Serum . No reaction oserved against anti -Pepsin, anti-goat IgG ( c), or Bovine, Horse, and Human Serum Proteins.

Goat anti Mouse IgG (Fab'2) (FITC) was purified by immunoaffinity chromatography, pepsin digestion and chromatographic separation.

Lyophilized from 0.02M Phosphate, 0.15M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2, 10 mg/ml BSA, and 0.01% Sodium Azide. Reconstitue with 1.0 ml deonized water or equivalent.

Ships ambient or refrigerated. Upon receipt store at 4°C . Once reconstituted, aliquot and store at -20°C. Avoid repeat freeze/thaw cycles.
