Species: Human. Protein Type: Native. Form: Lyophilized from a denaturing buffer with 62 mM Tris-HCl and 2% SDS with a protease inhibitor cocktail to mininmize proteolytic damage to proteins. Centrifuge vial briefly prior to opening. Reconstitute in 30 ul deionized water for a final concentration of 5 ug/ml. Important Note: Before use, put tube in a boiling water bath for approximately 5 minutes and briefly spin then vortex. Biohazard: Use standard laboratory precautions when handling this material.
