other info1 :
Biological Significance: MIP-1 gamma is a CC chemokine found in Mouse blood and a wide variety of Mouse tissues, with no known human homolog. MIP-1 gamma signals through the CCR1 receptor. MIP-1 gamma chemoattracts neutrophils and also inhibits colony formation of bone marrow myeloid immature progenitors. MIP-1 gamma contains six cysteines including the four highly conserved cysteine residues present in CC chemokines.
other info2 :
Immunogen: MIP1 gamma antibody was raised in rabbit using highly pure recombinant murine MIP-1gamma as the immunogen.

uniprot summary :
CCL9: Monokine with inflammatory, pyrogenic and chemokinetic properties. Circulates at high concentrations in the blood of healthy animals. Binding to a high-affinity receptor activates calcium release in neutrophils. It also inhibits colony formation of bone marrow myeloid immature progenitors. Protein type: Cytokine. Cellular Component: extracellular space; extracellular region. Molecular Function: chemokine activity; cytokine activity. Biological Process: immune response; chemotaxis; negative regulation of myoblast differentiation
