other info1 :
Biological Significance: Tumor protein p63 also known as transformation-related protein 63 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the TP63 gene. Tumor protein p63 is a member of the p53 family of transcription factors. p63 -/- mice have several developmental defects which include the lack of limbs and other tissues, such as teeth and mammary glands, which develop as a result of interactions between mesenchyme and epithelium.
other info2 :
Immunogen: p63 antibody was raised in sheep using p63 MAP kinase as the immunogen.

ncbi summary :
CDC25B is a member of the CDC25 family of phosphatases. CDC25B activates the cyclin dependent kinase CDC2 by removing two phosphate groups and it is required for entry into mitosis. CDC25B shuttles between the nucleus and the cytoplasm due to nuclear localization and nuclear export signals. The protein is nuclear in the M and G1 phases of the cell cycle and moves to the cytoplasm during S and G2. CDC25B has oncogenic properties, although its role in tumor formation has not been determined. Multiple transcript variants for this gene exist. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]
uniprot summary :
CDC25B: a member of the MPI phosphatase family. Activates the cyclin dependent kinase CDC2 by removing two phosphate groups and it is required for entry into mitosis. Shuttles between the nucleus and the cytoplasm due to nuclear localization and nuclear export signals. The protein is nuclear in the M and G1 phases of the cell cycle and moves to the cytoplasm during S and G2. CDC25B has oncogenic properties, although its role in tumor formation has not been determined. At least four transcript variants for this gene exist. Three splice variant isoforms have been described. Protein type: Protein phosphatase, dual-specificity; Motility/polarity/chemotaxis; EC 3.1.3.48; Nuclear receptor co-regulator. Chromosomal Location of Human Ortholog: 20p13. Cellular Component: nucleoplasm; spindle pole; centrosome; cytoplasm; cytosol. Molecular Function: protein binding; protein tyrosine phosphatase activity; protein kinase binding. Biological Process: positive regulation of cytokinesis; mitosis; cell division; positive regulation of protein kinase activity; positive regulation of cell proliferation; mitotic cell cycle; positive regulation of mitotic cell cycle; G2/M transition of mitotic cell cycle; oocyte maturation; protein amino acid phosphorylation; female meiosis I
