other info1 :
Biological Significance: B-lymphocyte antigen CD20 or CD20 is an activated-glycosylated phosphoprotein expressed on the surface of all mature B-cells. In humans CD20 is encoded by the MS4A1 gene. This gene encodes a member of the membrane-spanning 4A gene family. Members of this nascent protein family are characterized by common structural features and similar intron/exon splice boundaries and display unique expression patterns among hematopoietic cells and nonlymphoid tissues.
other info2 :
Biohazard Information: This product contains sodium azide as preservative. Although the amount of sodium azide is very small appropriate care must be taken when handling. Immunogen: CD20 antibody was raised in mouse using prokaryotic recombinant fusion protein corresponding to the c-terminal intracellular domain of the transmembrane CD20 molecule as the immunogen.
