Presentation: 0.1 ml of purified immunoglobulin from sheep serum conjugated to fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC). The IgG-FITC concentration is 1.0 mg/ml in phosphate buffer saline (PBS) containing 1mg/ml bovine albumin and 0.1% sodium azide (w/v), pH 7.4. The incorporation of FITC is 6.16 moles fluorescein per mole IgG as determined spectrophotometrically. Total protein is 0.1 mg.
