products description :
MBS524315 is rabbit IgM directed against Bovine red blood cells. This IgM fraction was isolated from a high titer antiserum by salt fractionation, ion exchange and gel filtration chromatography. It was tittered against its immunogens, sterile filtered and analyzed for immunoglobulin purity and protein concentration. This IgM fraction contains agglutinating and lysing antibodies and can be used for these procedures.
