Rabbit anti-human red blood cells (RBC) is prepared by the covalent coupling of fluorescein to high titer IgG antibodies. The conjugates are purified to remove free fluorochrome, under-conjugated and over-conjugated antibodies. This product will identify human red blood cells. No cross reactivity was seen with chicken red blood cells.
