For long term storage, aliquot and freeze unused portions at -20 degree C in volumes appropriate for single usage Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles and prolonged exposure to light. If the reagent is being diluted, it is recommended that the quantity to be used within one week be diluted. Check label for expiry date.

This antibody is provided in liquid form for use in single, dual or three colour flow cytometry. 1ug is the maximum amount of reagent required for 1 x 10^6 cells. Lesser amounts of reagent may be sufficient and it is recommended that the customer determine the optimum amount for each application.

Preparation: Antibodies were affinity purified by column chromatography and adsorbed to remove cross reactivity to rat immunoglobulins. The resulting antibody was conjugated with FITC to provide the optimal fluorochrome to protein ratio for flow cytometry, cell and tissue staining use. Any free dye is removed by column chromatography. Buffers and Preservatives: This reagent contains 0.1% NaN3. A highly purified grade of BSA has been added as a stabilizing protein to bring the final concentration to 4-5mg/ml after conjugation.
