This antiserum is a rabbit antiserum raised against mouse immunoglobulin. It is polyvalent with respect to classes of mouse immunoglobulin. It is highly specific for mouse immunoglobulins and does not crossreact with immunoglobulins from most other species. However, crossreactivity with rat serum has been observed. This can be eliminated by addition of 50 l of rat serum per ml of antiserum.
