anti-mouse CD90 (Thy 1.1) monoclonal antibody is specific for T cells from mouse strains expressing the Thy 1.1 phenotype (eg. AKR, RF). MBS520243 can be used to selectively identify or deplete T cells or their precursors. Cross reacts with rat Thy 1 on thymocytes and BM with little or no detectable effect on rat spleen and lymph node cells.
