products description :
anti-mouse CD134L (OX40L) (CD252) monoclonal antibody reacts with a type II membrane protein that is similar to TNF that is found on activated antigen presenting cells (APC's) including B cells, dendritic cells and macrophages. CD134L mRNA is expressed in various mouse tissues including brain, skeletal muscle, kidney and spleen. This clone (OX-89) has been shown to impede T cell activation in the MLN and inhibit the development of colitis when used in vivo. CD134L is the ligand for CD134/OX40, and CD134/CD134L interactions are required for optimal B cell responses. This clone is suitable for use in flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry (frozen sections) and functional assays.
