Observation Notes: Proteins should be maintained frozenat high concentrations. The dilution to be performed for ELISA assays should be made with a small quantity of protein, the same day of the experiment. In order to defrostthe protein, maintain the aliquot at 25°C without shaking toavoid aggregation. Prior making test dilutions and afterdefrost the protein, is recommended to remove possibleprotein aggregates by centrifuging the stock solution,avoiding alterations in the immobilization of the biomoleculeto the solid surface. Reconstitution: For lyophilized proteins: with 0.04 ml of sterile double-distilled water (lot specific) for a final concentration of 1.59 mg/ml (lot specific). The protein will be at pH 8.
